Learning at the intersection of intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development.
Each of our Nursery School programs is structured around the early childhood education needs unique to every age group:
AdmissionsThe Toddler Class is a program for children who have just turned 2 or will be turning 2 during the first half of the school year. This program is designed to promote independence, autonomy, social development, and language development. This year-long pre-nursery school program meets two or three times a week. The program is designed this way to promote a gradual separation period where parents or caregivers gently separate from their children throughout the first 6-8 weeks of class.
The 2s/3s class focuses on your toddler’s growing independence, language development, as well as early social collaboration and interaction. This program is designed to stimulate each child’s social, physical, and cognitive development while safeguarding a sense of security throughout the separation process. The 2s/3s program meets two, three or five days a week.
The 3s/4s class emphasizes decision-making, independent choice, personal responsibility, socialization, and refined communication skills. Teachers support the development of academic skills, creative expression, and the cultivation of secure relationships.
The 4s/5s class supports observation, organization, and problem-solving skills as children transition to symbolic expression. The curriculum provides a foundation upon which literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies can be taught.
