We Believe

Education promotes responsibility & develops character

Teachers at Barrow Street are practitioners of progressive education within the context of a social studies-based program and a mission driven school derived from a Reggio Emilia and Bank Street inspired pedagogy. We seek talented teachers who can inspire students, be inspired by our mission, and create a nurturing classroom with high educational expectations. Cultural competence, the ability to work collaboratively, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work closely with families are essential.

If you are interested in learning more about working at Barrow Street, please send your resume to jobs@barrowstreetnursery.org
