Dear Silver Room Pumpkins,
We can’t believe our year is ending already! Over these last few weeks, we’ve been thinking about all the fun things we’ve done together this year. We made so many play-doh and putty creations, using our hands and tools to sculpt. We built endless structures with Magna-tiles, wooden blocks, Legos, Plus Plus, and just about every other building material you could think of. We made watercolor paintings, filled the sensory table with textures and colors, read endless stories, and cared for our babydolls. We raced around the gym and mastered the track tricycles. We cherished our daily snack ritual, learning to serve ourselves family style by the end of the year. We sang The Dinosaur Song, Kookaburra, Slippery Fish, and our Family Song.
But most importantly – you built beautiful friendships with each other. The love you share as a group is genuinely unique. It’s as though you were meant to be together, laughing, playing, and sharing your own imaginary worlds that your adoring teachers do our best to understand. Pumpkins, we will miss your sweetness, your enthusiasm, your creativity, and your boundless energy. Thank you for a wonderful year in the Silver Room. We can’t wait for two more days of fun!
We love you!
